Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective items or incorrect items sent.
• Requests must be made within 7–14 days from receipt of the item.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with complete packaging.
• All return or exchange requests are subject to evaluation and approval.
• Return shipping arrangements and any applicable costs will be determined after assessment and coordination with the customer.
