Returns/Refunds

RETURN POLICY

Return requests are accepted only for defective items or incorrect items sent, and must be made within 7 days from receipt of the item, in accordance with our Purchasing Terms.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with complete packaging, tags, and labels. Items that show signs of use, damage due to normal wear and tear, or incomplete packaging may not be accepted.

All return requests are subject to evaluation and approval by our Customer Service and Quality Control teams. We reserve the right to approve or reject any return request at our discretion.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

In line with Section 9 of our Purchasing Terms, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Sale or promotional items
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  •  Used or damaged items not due to manufacturing defects
  • Items without original tags, labels, or complete packaging
  • Add-on items

These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

For approved returns:

  • If the return is due to a defective item or an incorrect item sent, the return shipping cost will be shouldered by CN Lifestyle Inc.
  • If the return is due to customer-related reasons, including failed delivery due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, the customer will shoulder all return and redelivery shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a confirmed defect or an error on our part.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Before sending any item back, customers must first contact us at enquiries@christyng.com.ph and provide:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Supporting photo(s), if applicable

Returns sent without prior notice and approval may not be accepted.

 

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed only for approved returns and cancelled prepaid orders due to product unavailability, as stated in our Purchasing Terms.

For change-of-mind returns, refunds will be issued in the form of a Gift Card only. Refunds to the original payment method are not provided for these cases.

For defective or incorrect items confirmed by our Quality Control team, we will arrange either:

  • replacement, subject to availability, or
  •  An appropriate refund or store credit, as determined by management.

 

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

For cancelled prepaid orders due to product unavailability, refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days from confirmation of cancellation.

For approved returns, refunds or gift cards will be processed within 5 to 7 working days from receipt and approval of the returned item.

The actual posting of any refund may depend on the processing time of the bank or payment provider.

  

MANAGEMENT DISCRETION & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In accordance with Sections 11 and 12 of our Purchasing Terms:

  • Approval of returns, exchanges, and refunds is subject to management discretion.
  • CN Lifestyle Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from returns, refunds, or product use.
  • Any liability, if applicable, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product.
