PURCHASING TERMS

1. Product Availability

All products displayed on the Christy Ng Philippines website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders if items are out of stock or due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly.

For cancelled orders that have been prepaid, customers shall be entitled to a refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of confirmation of cancellation and will be issued through the original mode of payment used at checkout.

Please note that the actual posting of the refunded amount may depend on the processing time of your bank or payment provider. Customers will be notified once the refund has been initiated.

 

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice.

Payments are processed through Paynamics. Accepted payment methods may include Credit Card, Debit Card, GCash, and Maya, subject to availability at checkout.

Installment options, if available, are subject to bank approval and a minimum purchase requirement of ₱5,000. Terms and availability may vary depending on the issuing bank or payment provider.

 

3. Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email does not guarantee fulfilment.

All orders are subject to verification and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders, if necessary, in which case customers will be notified promptly.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

All orders within the Philippines are shipped via LBC Express.

Estimated Delivery Timeline:

·       Metro Manila: 3–5 business days

·       Provincial Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, or courier delays beyond our control. Customers will be notified once orders have been dispatched.

 

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery destination, package weight, and applicable courier rates.

The final shipping fee will be displayed before payment confirmation.

 

6. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed during promotions or peak periods may experience slightly longer processing times. Customers will be notified once their order has been processed and dispatched.

 

7. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, CN Lifestyle Inc. shall not be responsible for delays resulting from such circumstances.

If the parcel is returned to us and the customer requests redelivery, the customer will be required to settle the additional shipping fee before the order is resent.

 

8. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective items or incorrect items sent.

Requests must be made within 7 days from receipt of the item. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with complete packaging.

All return or exchange requests are subject to evaluation and approval. Return shipping arrangements and any applicable costs will be determined after assessment and coordination with the customer.

 

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

·       Sale or promotional items

·       Used or damaged items not due to manufacturing defects

·       Items without original tags, labels, or complete packaging

All non-returnable items are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.

 

10. Promotions & Discounts

Promotions, vouchers, and discount codes are valid only within the stated promo period.

They cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, are non-transferable, and not convertible to cash.

Christy Ng Philippines reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without prior notice.

 

11. Cancellations & Modifications

Once an order has been confirmed and processed, cancellations or changes may no longer be possible.

Customers are advised to contact us immediately should they wish to request any changes. Approval of cancellations or modifications is subject to the status of the order and operational feasibility.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

CN Lifestyle Inc. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product or service.

 

13. Governing Law

These Purchasing Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
